    Hello sir.
    My name is s.r.shivakumar.
    I was born at 7th march 1989 in home.
    My parents didn't register my birth.
    When enquiring about a new certificate officials are telling that those who born in home will not get birth certificat and instead they are provided with Non-Availability Certificate of birth....

    My question is for applying group 2 and group 4 should we definitely use birth certifcate or using non availability certificate of birth is needed.

    I want complete english studymaterial details for group2 and group 4 exams............
